PURPOSE:To obtain the intensity distribution of the optimum machining beam by condensing the laser beam from a phase adjusting device of a laser beam wave surface installed on a laser beam path. CONSTITUTION:A phase adjuster 21 to change the phase of the wave surface of laser beam 9 partially and disorderly and a condenser 10 to condense the laser beam 9 outputted from this phase adjuster 21 are installed on the path of laser beam 9 generated from a laser beam oscillator 7. In this way, a laser beam machine wherein the laser beam 11 having the condensing intensity distribution suitable for a machining method is generated and the intensity distribution of the laser beam 11 is always stable on a machining surface of an object 12 to be machined though the laser beam output is changed can be obtained. |
