<p>PURPOSE:To provide a computer function on each transport box so as to prevent production from stopping even if an external computer has stopped by assembling process information and process control of a product in a transport box for carrying the products and controlling manufacture of the products. CONSTITUTION:An electronic substrate 2 having a computer control function is built into a transport box 1 of products, and it is connected to an external CRT 3 and a manufacturing apparatus 4 via connectors 5, 6, etc. A processing flow procedure processes the products in a connected state. Tasks and a procedure are instructed to the electronic substrate 2 according to a processing program of the products which has been written in a ROM. The manufacturing apparatus 4 automatically receives processing conditions stored in the ROM and manufactures the products according to the conditions. With respect to data control with the manufacturing apparatus and the CRT 3, instructions of a process, troubleshooting or the like, the program stored in a memory is controlled and processed by the CPU. Power sources for ICs such as the memory and the CPU are operated by a battery in the electronic substrate.</p> |
