<p>PURPOSE:To quickly perform control for a node by a network managing node, etc., by providing a link for control information communication separately from a link for communication control between each node requiring the control. CONSTITUTION:A relay line 7 between packet switching nodes 3 and the one between the node 3 and the network managing node 2 are comprised of the links 8 for communication processing which relay communication data and the links 9 for control information communication which relay control information. Thereby, even when transaction requests, etc., are generated simultaneously from plural terminals 5, and congestion on the line between the network managing node 2 and the packet switching node 3 and in node processing occur, monitoring and the control for the packet switching node 3 from the network managing node 2 can be performed by the link 9 for control information communication separately from the link 8 for communication processing, and they are performed in real time. Therefore, it is possible to quickly perform the control for each node and network independently from data information communication processing.</p> |
