The mechanical points counter for tennis comprises control push-buttons (2, 2') and means for displaying the points. Two movable carriages (15, 15') slide on columns (16), each of these carriages comprising two toothings (14, 14' and 19, 19') and being integral with the element for marking the points. It also comprises control push-buttons (7, 7') and discs (28) for displaying the games, which make it possible, moreover, to reset the movable carriages (15, 15') to the zero position. A central push-button (9) makes it possible, in the event of error, to modify the counting of the points without varying the display of the games. <IMAGE>
