PURPOSE:To provide a label printer which is portable and capable of facilitating a label-pasting operation, by a method wherein a label paper on which a printed label is adhered is encased by winding into a cassette case interlockedly with a label-feeding action of a label feed mechanism. CONSTITUTION:A signal is inputted into a CPU by an input device to start the printer A, and a label-feeding operation is started by starting a feed motor 9. Concurrently with this, desired data are transmitted from the CPU to a printing part, and the data are automatically printed on the labels 10' by a printing head 12. By the successive actions, the data are printed on the labels 10', 10',... on the ground paper 10, and the ground paper 10 is fed out to an opening part 23 of the cassette case 21 by a feed roller 8. The labels can be pasted with excellent operatability and printing accuracy by using the printer jointly with a portable paster. |
