CONSTITUTION:An oscillation command F' for an electrode 1 is added to a speed command V0 without reference to the operation of a forward/backward movement commanding circuit 10. Therefore, the electrode 1 oscillates finely at a frequency (f') specified by the command F'. In this case, a position command P0 is C/Tt with pulse frequency C/T, and oscillation Psin2pif' is given as the speed command V0. Therefore, the frequency (f') is not influenced by a position loop gain Gp and supplied to a servomotor 3 without attenuation even when it is about 200Hz.
