PURPOSE:To enable the semipermanent maintenance of the active components, by using a cyclodextrin clathrate compound of the active component of Fomes japonicus and that of vitamin A-C, etc. as the component of the food. CONSTITUTION:Fomes japonicus is extracted with water or an alcohol, and the extracted active component is included in cyclodextrin to obtain the powder of the clathrate compound. The obtained compound is mixed with one or more cyclodextrin clathrate compounds of vitamin A-F to obtain the objective food. Since the stability of the clathrate compound against heat and microbial enzyme is extremely high, the product can be preserved semipermanently. |
