<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate the conversion of the formation of a line in accordance with change in an actually charged process by selectably supporting a substrate either to interposingly hold or pass it. CONSTITUTION:A substrate 4 is held interposed between a retainer 19 and the belt 16 of a rotary conveyor 10, with a stopper 18 set in its stopping position. Then, a supporting part 23 is rotated by means of a motor 11 and through gears 12, 13. Thereby, the rotary conveyor 10 rotates through shafts 15, 15, with the substrate 4 being held between the belt 16 and the retainer 19, reversing the substrate 4. The stopper 18 is set in the passing position of the substrate 4, which, in turn, is horizontally transferred by means of the belt 16 of the rotary conveyor 10. This construction enables the conveyance of the substrate 4 both being reversed and without reversed, facilitating the conversion of the formation of a line.</p> |
