PURPOSE:To attain simplicity of a circuit at a node, miniaturization and simplicity of protocol by providing a function extracting only the information required for the own node from an information signal receiving each node and processing the discrimination of object input and output conditions. CONSTITUTION:A node 31 is used as a main node among plural nodes, nodes 32-35 are used as sub-nodes and they are connected by transmission lines 36- 39 and 301. When transmission right information 302 is given from the main node 31 to the sub-node 32 through a transmission line 36, only the sub-node 32 starts transmission. The other nodes are brought into the reception mode, the information required for the own node is extracted among the information and the information is transmitted to a downstream node as it is. When the transmission of the sub-node 32 is finished, the main node 31 gives right of transmission to the sub-node 33 to bring the other nodes to the reception mode. All the sub-nodes perform transmission by repeating this operation. Thus, the transmission of information is executed efficiently with a simple circuit. This system is suitable to the transmission of a broadcast program in the network.
