<p>PURPOSE:To prevent the power of an vibration pen from being wasted by judging whether the vibration pen gets contact with a coordinate input face or not, and controlling vibration power based on the judged result. CONSTITUTION:By judging whether a vibration pen 100 gets contact with a coordinate input face 31 or not and preferably detecting it as the change of the electric impedance of a transducer to transduce an electric signal to mechanical vibration, it is detected whether the vibration pen 100 gets contact with the coordinate input tablet 31 or not. Based on the detected result, power energy is supplied to drive the vibration pen 100 when the vibration pen 100 gets contact with the tablet 31 and in the other case, the vibration pen 100 is driven by fine power energy for detecting the operational condition of the pen. Thus, the power of the vibration pen 100 can be prevented from being wasted.</p> |
