A retractable guide bushing (21) is loaded by a spring (22) and slidably supported within the spacer member (9) so that it is resiliently urged in the feed direction (27) of the saw blade (14), the guide bushing (21) having a guide passage (26) accommodating a guide pin, for example a boring wire, anchored within the bone. |
