PURPOSE:To enable the transmission/reception of a digital signal using one remote control IC, by providing a pulse delaying means which switches the remote control IC from a reception mode to a transmission mode with a delayed reception completion signal. CONSTITUTION:When the remote control IC completes a reception, the reception completion signal is outputted from a terminal TRDY, and the reception completion signal is delayed for a time longer than an input completion time with a pulse delaying means 14. The delayed reception completion signal is switched to a transmission start signal, and is inputted to the terminal ST of a remote control IC1, and the remote control IC1, receiving the transmission start signal, switches a mode to the transmission mode. And it converts parallel data inputted to input terminals DI0-DI3 to serial output signals, and outputs them from a serial data output terminal SDO, and they are outputted through a power source carrying transmission circuit 16, and a transformer 17.
