PURPOSE:To prevent a signal coming to an output signal terminal from being momently broken, by driving a changeover switch, which is connected in series to a device, to be turned on simultaneously with the application of a switching control signal and driving a changeover switch to be turned off after a delay time. CONSTITUTION:If a signal is applied to a switching command signal terminal 45 when a changeover switch 41 is turned on and a changeover switch 42 is turned off, a delay part 44 does not delay the signal to transmit the signal directly to the changeover switch 42 to be turned on. A delay part 43 delays the signal to transmit the signal to the switch 41 to be turned off, and the changeover switch 41 is turned off after a prescribed time. Thus, the changeover switch 42 is turned on at the moment when the changeover switch 41 is switched from the turn-on state to the turn-off state.
