PURPOSE:To surely lock and unlock a magazine by a simple constitution by driving the titled player by an engaging member fixed on a bottom plate of a magazine storing part to lock the magazine and an elevation member. CONSTITUTION:A pressing lever 28 pivoted by a projected chip 25 and a supporting shaft and the engaging member 29 are fixed on the bottom plate of the magazine storing room 3 and the engaging member 29 is driven by the elevation member 34 through a belt 42. When the disk storing magazine is abutted upon the inlet of a storing part 3, the bottom plate of the storing part 3 is engaged with the engaging member 29, advanced while pressing a pressing chip 28a of a lever 28 and engaged with an engaging part 29a of the member 29. Even if the magazine is pressed by the lever 29, the magazine is not ejected, so that the magazine can be surely locked and unlocked by the simple constitu tion.
