<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a stably and firmly bonded integrally molded article by immersing an adherend in a primer composition composed of two specific kinds of silicon compounds, a platinum (compound) and an organic solvent, drying the primer and hot-pressing the adherend to a silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:The objective integrally molded article can be produced by immersing an adherend in a primer composition composed of (A) a silicon compound having an organic group containing an aliphatic unsaturated bond and an Si-bonded hydrolyzable group (e.g. vinyltrimethoxysilane or gamma- methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), (B) a silicon compound having an organic group containing epoxy group and an Si-bonded hydrolyzable group [e.g. gamma- glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane or beta-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane], (C) platinum or a platinum compound and (D) an organic solvent (preferably n-hexane), drying the primer and hot-pressing the primer-coated adherend to a silicone rubber.</p> |
