<p>PURPOSE:To enhance manufacturing efficiency due to a built-in sequential controller by contact-bonding a rubber molding sheet to a bottom force by primary pressurization and raising only a dummy plate by a lifter do draw it off and simultaneously separating and drawing down a rubber product by the successive secondary pressurization of a cylinder for pressurization and the following pressurization of a draw-down cylinder. CONSTITUTION:A rubber molded article molded article molded into one sheet is fitted to dummy plate 21 in the outside of a press, corrected and held thereby. The molded article 20 is directed downward by inverting the dummy plate 21 at 180 deg. and regularly led on a bottom fore 3 by the respective positioning devices. Therein the rubber molded article is contact-bonded by primary pressurization of a pressure cylinder 6 and bites into the hole of the bottom force. Only the dummy plate 21 is raised to the prescribed position by a lifter 28. This is drawn out and extruded by the successive secondary pressurization of a hydraulic cylinder 6 and the following pressurization of a drawn-down cylinder 7. The rubber product is simultaneously separated and drawn down via an extrusion plate 15 and a drawn-down pin 13.</p> |
