PURPOSE:To exert an effective damping action for a large vibration input in the perpendicular direction to the axis by dividing the liquid chamber of a vibration-proof rubber body provided between inner and outer tubes into two in the axial direction with a partition plate, communicating both liquid chambers with a throttle passage, and communicating a pair of liquid chambers provided at symmetrical positions in the radial direction of the vibration-proof rubber body with a throttle passage. CONSTITUTION:A vibration-proof rubber body 3 is provided between an outer tube 1 and an inner tube 2 arranged concentrically with it, and a sealed space is formed around the inner tube 2 in one end section in the axial direction as a liquid chamber, which is divided into two in the axial direction by a partition plate 4 extended from the inner periphery of the outer tube 1 to the outer periphery of the inner tube 2, liquid chambers C and D are communicated by a throttle passage F2. A pair of sealed spaces are formed at symmetrical positions in the diameter direction in the other end section in the axial direction of the rubber body 3 as liquid chambers A and B, which are communicated by a throttle passage F1. When large vibration is inputted from the direction perpendicular to the axis, the inner and outer tubes 1 and 2 are largely relatively displaced in the diameter direction, volumes of chambers A and B are supplementally changed, the sealed liquid flows through the throttle passage F1, and a vibration damping force is generated. |
