<p>PURPOSE:To remove the eccentricity of roll by detecting the rolling force independently at the work side and the drive side, detecting the roll eccentric ingredient of the same phase and reverse phase, and controlling the roll gap independently at the work side and the drive side. CONSTITUTION:The rolling force is detected by the work side load detector 5 and the drive side load detector 6, fed to the adder 7 and the sunbtractor 8 to compose the sum load and the differential lad, and fed to the sum load roll eccentricity detector 9 and the differential load roll eccentricity detector 10. The roll gap correcting signal of the sum load roll eccentricity detector 9 and the differential load roll eccentricity detector 10 is inputted to the power adjusting units 11, 12 and the roll gap correcting signal is adjusted. The work side servo amplifier 15 and the drive side servo amplifier 16 control the work side rolling reduction cylinder 17 and the drive side rolling reduction cylinder 18 independently following to the respective roll gap correcting signals of the work side and the drive side passed the power adjusting units 11, 12.</p> |
