<p>PURPOSE:To calculate a proper band for each call by using a band of a link on which a call is multiplexed and a real number not being negative and using a specific band as a link available band. CONSTITUTION:A band C of a link on which calls are multiplexed and a real value a not being negative are used and a band C1 defined by C1=C-alpha or C1=C.alpha' is used for a link available band. When a virtual band is used in this way, acceptance control of a call is implemented simply. The virtual band is obtained by using bands in which the effect of interference by lots of call classes is excluded from the entire bands, then the virtual band able to be used for call setting control for lots of call classes with an assumption of no interference among the call classes is obtained. Thus, a proper band for each call is calculated.</p> |
