<p>PURPOSE:To make the hardware small and to reduce the cost by decreasing kinds of current field memories, preceding field memories, differential arithmetic circuits, absolute value arithmetic circuits and accumulation circuits or the like to at least two kinds. CONSTITUTION:A repetitive gradient method arithmetic circuit 120 obtains a moving deviation vector resulting from execution of the arithmetic operation of the gradient method twice between a signal of a current field and a signal of a preceding field based on a block resulting from the deviation of a coordinate of a block at one preceding field by the initial deviation vector from a moving vector selection circuit 110. The moving deviation vector from the repetitive gradient method arithmetic circuit 120 and the initial deviation vector from the moving vector selection circuit 110 are fed to an adder circuit 130, in which the moving deviation vector and the initial deviation vector are added to obtain a true moving vector. The true moving vector is fed to the moving vector memory 10 and fed to a moving interpolation section (not shown) as an moving interpolation moving vector via a moving vector output terminal 150.</p> |
