PURPOSE:To acquire a solid-state laser device whose output is doubled by preparing two slid-state lasers which generate laser output of good beam quality and by carrying out beam systhesis of two laser oscillation lights. CONSTITUTION:Projection light from first semiconductor lasers 1a, 1b is polarized parallel to the paperface and oscillation light from second semiconductor lasers 2a, 2b is polarized vertical to a paper; each thereof is condensed by first and second distribution refraction lenses 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b and beam systhesis is carried out by polarization beam splitters 5a, 5b to acquire a beam spot drawn by third distribution refraction lenses 6a, 6b inside solid-state laser elements 7a, 7b. Brewster's windows 8a, 8b are arranged inide a resonator of two solid state lasers which are end-excited. Output light from an output mirror 9a is polarized parallel to a paper as shown by an arrow 13a and output light from an output mirror 9b is polarized vertical to the paperface and beam systhesis is carried out using a polarization beam splitter 10. |
