PURPOSE: To obtain a complex material having increased anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antimycotic and anti-radical activities, and improved sustainability of the activities by combining a lipophilic extract from Krameria triandra Ruiz et Pav. or a plant belonging to genus Eupomatia with a phospholipid. CONSTITUTION: This complex material is composed of an extract as a lipophilic extract from Krameria triandra Ruiz et Pav. or a plant belonging to genus Eupomatia, preferably obtained by extracting finely pulverized root of the plant with carbon dioxide under a supercritical condition at 40 deg.C and a pressure of 120 bar, and further extracting in carbon dioxide incorporated with acetone at 45 deg.C under a pressure of 200 bar and evaporating gas with a natural or synthesized phospholipid. A latania-phenol group such as Eupomatenoid 6,2-(2,4- dihydroxyphenyl)-5-propenylbenzofuran as one of essential components of biological activities is used as the extract. |
