PURPOSE:To compensate an instantaneous fluctuation of a power system by providing a synchronous correction circuit which detects the amount of fluctuation of in-phase components and quadrature components separately from each other on the basis of an output voltage vector of an inverter and adding them to outputs of a voltage regulator and a phase regulator of a synchronous throw-in control system. CONSTITUTION:A synchronous correction circuit 50 detects an instantaneous fluctuation on the basis of an output voltage vector of an inverter, and therefore in-phase components and quadrature components which are detected represent differences between a speed of change of the instantaneous fluctuation and response speeds of two regulators. Accordingly, these differences are added to outputs of the two regulators and an output voltage of the inverter 1 changes in synchronization with the instantaneous fluctuation of a power system. Accordingly, a stable state of synchronous throw-in can be obtained, while a stable synchronous operation can be executed with the voltage regulator and the phase regulator maintained in a fixed-value control state which is intrinsic for a PI regulator. |
