POWER SUPPLY UNIT AND INSTALLATION THEREOF

PURPOSE:To utilize building space effectively and to simplify installation or wiring work by a constitution wherein wiring duct spaces are provided vertically in a housing and power supply units are contained therein, openings for operating the power supply units are made through the housing, and the openings are closed by doors. CONSTITUTION:A unit arranging space in front of a housing 1 is split vertically so that the upper space on the ceiling side accommodates a signal terminal unit 10 provided with communication members or circuits in signal transmission system such as telephone terminal block 33 whereas the lower space on the floor side accommodates a power supply unit 9 provided with power members or circuits such as a branch breaker 19 or a W.H.M. Doors 35, 36 are pivoted independently for the openings surrounded by peripheral frames 30, 31 opposing the operating sections of the units 9, 10. The rear side is utilized as a duct space for accommodating feeders or signal lines.
