The manufacturing method comprises (a)placing an outer case of steel plate on the magnetic plate set on the weighing machine; (b)charging iron fragments into the case; (c)pouring melt lead to fillin in the space between iron fragments; and (d)solidifying iron fragments and melt lead in the steel case into a monolith, while gauging the exact weight.
