PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery excellent in discharge characteristic and cycle characteristic, while stirring active material paint composed of an active material, binder resin solution and an applied conductive agent as necessary by a stirrer having a stirring blade, by using a filter device, after filtering the paint at least one time or more and applying it to a collector. SOLUTION: Filtration (filtering process) is performed while circulating active material paint while stirring it in a stirrer 1 having a stirring blade 2 by using a feed pump 3 and a filter device 4. Next, a quantitative pump 5 is used, the active material paint is fed to a filter device 6 and processed to be filtered, thereafter to be applied onto a collector (supporter). Then, the paint is processed to be dried in a dry zone 10 and wound in a roller 11. An aperture of a filter filtrating the active material paint is preferable in a range of 5μm or more 1mm or less. |
