PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rush current on a secondary side and to prevent the malfunction of a CPU by charging the input smoothing parts of a high voltage generation part substrate and a driving part substrate through a current restriction means for a fixed time after a cover is opened and closed again. SOLUTION: In the case of judging that the cover is opened, an OPEN flag is set to 1, a bypass part 350 is turned off, and operation is returned. By turning off the bypass part 350, the input impedance of a driving load part 300 viewed from a power source side becomes high. Meanwhile, in the case of judging that the cover is closed, whether the OPEN flag is 1 or not is judged. In the case OPEN=1, that is, in a state where the cover is closed after it is opened, the time taken to charge the input smoothing part of the load part 300 is measured. When the time for charge elapses, the bypass part 350 is turned on, the OPEN flag is set to 0, and the operation is returned. When the OPEN flag is 0, or when the input smoothing part of the load part 300 is not sufficiently charged, the operation is returned as it is. |
