PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve working efficiency, in an equipment punching a component from a carrier tape carried by using a carrier cassette. SOLUTION: A component supply part 32 for supplying a carrier cassette 2 and a component punching part 33 for punching a TAB component 21 are installed in a line in the X-axis direction. A holding equipment 34 for holding a carrier cassette 2 and a transfer mechanism 35 for moving the holding equipment 34 in the X-axis direction are installed. A recovery box 36 for recovering a carrier cassette 2 after punching is installed between the component supply part 32 and the component punching part 33. The holding equipment 34 is located in a position put between a pair of clamping segments of a base part 46, and constituted by forming a movable pawl and a fixed pawl which support the edge part of the carrier cassette 2. A drag 41 and a cope 42 of the component punching part 33 are so constituted that they do not interfere with the holding equipment 34, and punching can be made while holding the carrier cassette 2. |
