Disclosed is a method to control high speed operation of paper jogging in a paper jogging system. In the method, the size of paper is sensed when the papers to be jogged are distributed. Also, a jogging bar is moved to the appropriate location according to the sensed paper size. When the papers have been distributed, the jogging bar simultaneously performed the jogging of papers. After the jogging operation, the jogging bar is moves to a standby location. Thereby, an operation cycle of the jogging can be shortened so that high speed jogging is performed.
