The received message processing method of a digital cellular phone includes the steps of: detecting a reception mode set by a user, if a communication request signal is detected through a cell site; transmitting an information message stored in a third memory and an information message selecting a remote control to a calling party to whom the communication request signal is applied, if the reception mode is detected in the above step; reporting the message stored in the first memory to the user through a displaying unit after approaching the detected mode to store a message applied from the calling party to a first memory, if a remote control signal applied from the calling party is detected after the above transmitting step; and outputting the message of the calling party stored in the above reporting step through a voice outputting unit or the displaying unit, according to a confirmation signal of the user applied from a key inputting unit.
