摘要 The measuring method is carried out using at least one ultrasonic transmitter and at least lone liquid free jet for sound coupling at profile to be measured. Each transmitter transmits at least one ultrasound signal in the form of a HF sine signal with a length of more than 1.5 oscillating cycles. The frequency of the ultrasound echo received is identified by the receiver. It is divided in time sections (DELTA tn) with of a respective oscillation cycle, and for each section, the associated instantaneous phase (phi) and the instantaneous amplitude (tau) is determined. For each time section, of ultrasound echo received, a specified number of scanning values is produced. Each section is processed and resulting FFT algorithm with suitable window provides necessary data. The values (phi, tau) are only determined in the frequency line, which corresponds to the transmitting frequency. An average value is formed from the several determined scanning values, so that deviations can be detected.
