PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a disk from being copied illicitly by discriminating it well, to cope with it with simple equipment, and to maintain interchangeability. SOLUTION: When a disk is copied with a file unit, a sector 22 in which an error described in an error table 20 exists is not accessed, copy is performed excluding it. An error table 20 in a vender region is copied as it is. Consequently, description of the error table 20 does not coincide with existence of error data 25. On the other hand, when copying is performed with a sector unit, for example, the error data 25 of the error sector 22 is corrected, in the same way, description of the error table 20 is not matched with existence of the error data 25. |
