PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the execution of development when abnormality occurs in primary electrification, in an image forming device and an image processor both provided with a high-voltage power source circuit for electrifying a charged photoreceptor. SOLUTION: A primary electrifying circuit 10 generates power for electrifying a photoreceptor drum 4, to electrify it by an electrifier 2. When the abnormality of the primary electrifying circuit 10 is detected, an error signal Er is outputted and the primary electrifying circuit 10 is stopped. A developing bas circuit 20 generates the power for making a latent image on the drum 4 a visible image, to develop it by a developing unit 3. AC and DC bias circuits 21 and 22 in the developing bias circuit 20 stop their operation, based on the error signal Er, to stop the supply of the power to the developing unit 3 as well. |
