PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric cutoff system which can protect an object to be inspected from electric shock due to an invasive equipment and avoid a problem to be generated in the heart. SOLUTION: A patient diagnosis equipment is used as a safety equipment providing electric insulation between a medical electronic installation 9 and a part of an installation coming into contact with a patient 1. An RF coil 3 is built in a catheter 5 connected with the medical electronic installation 9, and traces the position of the catheter 5. A medical imaging electronic circuit which indicates the position of the catheter and forms an internal image of an object 1 to be inspected also exists. Typically a signal of the RF coil 3 is supplied to a pre-amplifier 60 and amplified. A cutoff equipment 40 is arranged between the RF coil 3 and the pre-amplifier 60 in order not to damage the patient 1, in such a manner that an MR response signal may pass the pre- amplifier 60 but a line voltage does not flow in the opposite direction and reach the RF coil 3 in the case of short-circuit or electric malfunction. |
