PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal having a simple structure for a part including a shaft within a device in which an actuating member incorporated in one of two chambers having different pressures is rotated or rectilinearly moved through an operation from an operation room. SOLUTION: A shaft 1 connected to a magic hand 13 serving as an actuating member provided in a water tank 11, is fitted in bores in a coupling in which a plurality of sleeves are connected together. Dimensions of a gap defined between the outer diameter (d) of the shaft 1 and the inner diameter D of the sleeves 2, and the fitting length L of the sleeves 2, 3 with respect to the shaft 1 are suitably set in accordance with a water depth of the magic hand 13 in the water tank 11. |
