<p>PURPOSE:To obtain excellent function and advantage in mating performance with a coupler surface and a rich resilient force compatible with each other by forming a packing interposed between a lends unit of a liquid cooling type projection tube and a coupler and between the coupler and a cathode ray tube integrally such that the material of the packing at the lens side and the cathode ray tube side is made of a hard resin member and the material of the packing at the coupler side is made of a soft resin member. CONSTITUTION:A soft resin layer 40A of a packing is used for the side of the packing toward a coupler 25 and a hard resin layer 40B of the packing is used for the side of the packing toward a lens unit 30, and the side of the soft resin layer 40A is placed in a ring slot 250 formed to the circumferential ridge of the coupler 25. Then, a flange 330 formed to the circum ferential ridge of a concave lens 33 is placed on the hard resin layer 40B, a spacer 34 is placed on the flange 330 and a mount screw 35 is screwed to a mount vis 25a of the coupler 25 through the mount hole of the spacer 34. Regardless of the presence of an infinite number of minute corrosion holes on the surface of the coupler 25, a sure and excellent liquid seal effect is obtained by both the excellent mating performance with a coupler surface of the soft resin layer 40A and the rich resilient force of the hard resin layer 40B compatible with each other so as to surely seal the cooling liquid 100 in the coupler 25.</p> |
