PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To directly obtain the power of a desired water content by one drier. SOLUTION: Many medium grains are housed on a dispersion plate in a drying vessel, while the grains are fluidized by a heating gas blown up through the dispersion plate, a supplied liq. material is deposited on th grain surface and dired and the solid contained in the liq. material is continuously recovered as the powder. In this case, a revolving rising current by the heating gas is formed at least at the upper part of the flidized bed of the medium grains in the drying vessel and the solid separated from the grain surface is dispersed and floated in the revolving rising current and dried.
