PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a fraudulence from occurring by a method wherein a protruding body on which a skirt is provided is made attachable to an optional location of a cover body for a control substrate case, and also, the protruding body is arranged at a location directly above a control element, which is an fraudulence target, being attached to a control board. SOLUTION: A control board case 1 of a pachinko machine is constituted of a cover body 10A and an internal cover body 10B, and a chassis 13 to which a control board 12, where a control element 3 is mounted, is fixed. The cover body 10A is formed of a transparent resin so that the inside can be seen, into a box-shape wherein a space is generated with the control element 3. The internal cover body 10B is formed of a transparent resin as well, into a box-shape which can be contained in the cover body 10a, and at the same time, on the surface of the internal cover body 10B, a large number of engaging holes 18b are formed with an interval by which engaging claws 18 formed on a protruding body 18. Also, the protruding body 18 is formed in such a manner that the protruding body 18 may have a skirt to surround the periphery of the control element 3, and thus, a replacement of the control element 3 is made impossible.
