PURPOSE: A method for producing an elastic yarn of high shrinkage is provided to have the excellent elastic recovery rate not only under a low elongation but also under a high elongation with a simple method. CONSTITUTION: An elastic yarn of high shrinkage comprises steps of: ventilating a polyester copolymer at 240-255°C having the polyester of polybutylene terephthalate(PBT) as a hard segment and the polyoxyalkylene glycol polyester(PTMG) as a soft segment; and drawing between a first godet roller and a second godet roller in 1.01-2.01 times before winding. The speed of the first godet roller is 400-1,200m/min, and the speed of the second godet roller is 404-2,412m/min. The polyetherester formed the hard segment is the PBT, as a main component, produced by the terephthalic acid and the 1,4-butane diol. |
