PURPOSE: An apparatus of manufacturing a film paper for water print which is used in coating on the surface of a sash is provided which can coat pulp and paste on a film in a machine to promote efficiency and reduce the consumption of raw material and defective proportion. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus of manufacturing a film paper for water print which is used in coating on the surface of a sash comprises a winding motor(111) mounted on a cater(101) for drawing out the roll(112) of a film paper(104) to provide the film paper continuously to the cater; a first guide roller(116) put its one part into the inner side of a pulp vessel(114) for conveying the film paper wound by the winding motor by a plurality of feed rollers(113) and coating the film paper in a pulp solution(115) contained in the pulp vessel; a second roller(127) put its one part into the inner side of a paste vessel(125) for moving the coated film paper to the paste vessel by the driving force of a first driving roller(120) of a first driving motor(119) and a second roller(122) of a second driving motor(121) and coating the pulp coated film with paste; an air chamber(102) mounted on the upper part of the cater for drying the pulp layer and the paste layer by hot blast; an air injection nozzle(103) mounted on one end of the air chamber; a winding motor(135) mounted on one end of the cater for winding the laminated film paper into a roll. |
