CHANNEL CHANGING APPARATUS FOR USE IN RADIO TELEPHONE SET

PURPOSE: A channel changing apparatus for use in a radio telephone set is provided to find a good channel automatically in a case of a channel badness by checking a state of a channel used present at any time. CONSTITUTION: A channel changing apparatus consists of a fixing part and a hand set. The fixing part(100) includes a first channel state detecting part, a first micom, and a first transmitter/receiver part. The channel state detecting part detects a channel state between the fixing part and the hand set to provide first channel state information. The first micom(6) provides a first channel select signal according to the first channel state information so as to seize a noise-free channel. The first transmitter/receiver part(8) seizes a specific channel for a radio coconnection with the hand set in response to the first channel select signal. A second channel state detecting part, a second micom and a second transmitter/receiver part constitute the hand set. The second channel state detecting part detects a channel state between the fixing part and the hand set to provide second channel state information. The second micom(26) provides second channel select signal according to the second channel state information so as to seize a noise-free channel. The second transmitter/receiver part(28) seizes a specific channel for a radio connection with the first transmitter/receiver part in response to the second select signal.
