PURPOSE: A temperature controller of PDP(Plasma Display Panel) is provided to compensate the temperature of the panel by variably controlling a number and a frequency of sustain pulse according to the temperature of the panel. CONSTITUTION: A temperature controller comprises a temperature sensor(110) for sensing the temperature of the PDP and outputting an analog signal to be lineally variable in accordance with the temperature, an A/D converter(120) for converting the analog signal to a digital signal, a level selector(130) for determinating a corresponding level among the predetermined multi-steps APL(average picture level), and a sustain determinator(140) for selecting a frequency and a number of sustain according to the stored data table. |
