PURPOSE: An electrical field impressed hot press apparatus is provided which improves interface inferiority problem caused by the combination of foreign materials from a conventional hot press apparatus, and the combination caused by inserting the electrodes into the upper and lower sides of the conventional hot press apparatus and impressing the electrical field thereto. CONSTITUTION: An electrical field impressed hot press apparatus comprises the heating plates(11,12) movable up and down to heat and compress a polymer composite(8) with a laminated polymer resin(6) and inorganic filler(7), but is characterized in that the apparatus comprises electrodes(17,38) placed on the surface of the heating plates(11,12) to be contacted with the upper and lower sides of the polymer composite(8) to impress the electrical field. The level of the electrical field is determined by the level of a voltage depending on a distance. Preferably, the level of the electrical field is about a few thousands kv/m.
