The invention discloses a new kind of cytokine receptor 15 and the polynucleotide encoding said polypeptide and a process for producing the polypeptide by recombinant methods. It also discloses the method of applying the polypeptide for the treatment of various kinds of disease, such as cancer, hemopathy, developmental disease, HIV infection, immune disease and inflammation. The antagonist of the polypeptide and therapeutic use of the same are also disclosed. In addition, it refers to the use of polynucleotide encoding said cytokine receptor 15.
