PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that image data can not be transmitted sometimes when a receiver is in the midst of communication since the image data are transmitted to only one receiver in a conventional crime preventive system using a crime preventive device provided with a camera and a portable telephone set. SOLUTION: The crime preventive device in the crime preventive system is provided with a camera part 1 for outputting a recognizing signal 12 by recognizing the change of an image caused by an invader or the like, a transmitting side control part 4 for outputting an alarm signal and compressed/divided image data 15 when the recognizing signal 12 is received, and a transmitting side portable telephone set 5 for converting the alarm signal and compressed/ divided image data 15 to electronic mail data and transmitting them when these signal and data are received.
