PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a timer or relay inside a main circuit from permanently repeating operation and stop when an input voltage from the outside is monitored and that input voltage is lower than a fixed value. SOLUTION: The circuit interposed between the outside and a relay circuit for monitoring the input voltage from the outside and driving the relay circuit on the post-stage, is provided with a signal generating part 20 for generating an output voltage when the input voltage becomes lower than the fixed value, a timer part 22 for starting operation with the generation of the output voltage and applying a detection cycle to the signal generating part 20 and a counter part 21 to be operated for stopping the output voltage while the input voltage is continuously lower than the fixed value.
