PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentricity adjusting device and a doctor device for printing machine in which an operation is easy and an oscillation quantity can be set easily and reliably. SOLUTION: An oscillation quantity adjusting means 7 is constructed so as to include a rotary member 5 rotatable about a center line extending perpendicular to the central axis of a printing drum, a block 52 for eccentricity attached to the rotary member 5 reciprocally movable in radial direction, and a connecting arm 6 to link the block 52 for eccentricity with a mounting member for doctor blade, and also so constructed that the block 52 for eccentricity can be reciprocally moved radially by rotating an operation dial 71a reciprocally about the center line of the rotary member 5.
