The schedule data recorded on the storage body 35 is read by an information reading means 31. Then, a running direction detecting means 4 records the running direction of the running body 1 and a running direction detecting means 5 detects the running distance of the running body 1. Then, a running position arithmetic means 7 calculates running position data on the basis of the running direction and running distance data obtained by the means 4 and means 5. Then, the position data obtained by the means 7 is compared with a detection schedule area inputted from the storage body 35 and a position correcting means 8 corrects the position data. Then, an external input means 9 inputs actual data, etc., an external display means 11 displays the position data, etc., and an information writing means 30 writes the actual operation data.
