摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To enable continuous handling of following works in case of double- warehousing and intend efficient workability by allowing the work stored at a specified shelf address to be withdrawn with a carrying mechanism and delivered to a specified delivery position and then the work intended for storage to be stored at the specified shelf address. CONSTITUTION:If there is a work in a shelf 12 at a specified shelf address, a controller 2 allows a stacker crane 5 to be returned through a passage 16, a work 10 put on the crane 5 to be returned to a lifter 11 and then the crane 5 to be moved through a passage 15 to a specified shelf address. Next, the controller 2 allows a crane 10 stored in the shelf 12 to be withdrawn with the crane 5 and moved through a passage 17 and the work 10 to be delivered onto a fixed board 13. At this time, the controller 2 turns a patrol light 6 on to inform that a trouble happens and displays on a terminal 7 information of what time it occurs and what the work stored shelf address is. Then, the controller 2 allows it to be returned along a passage 16 with the crane 5, so that the work 10 put on the lifter 11 can be accepted and stored at the specified shelf address.</p>
