<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile radio communication management system in which speech quality is enhanced at the time of high speed movement by detecting a base station located in the advancing direction of a mobile radio terminal as a candidate of base station to be used next for communication. SOLUTION: A control section 13 detects the advancing direction of a mobile radio terminal 1 based on the positional information thereof and extracts, from base station information registered currently in a neighbor set, base stations 2a and 2b existing in a specified sectoral area spreading from current location of the mobile radio terminal in the advancing direction thereof. Furthermore, the control section 13 adds a prescribed value to the receiving strength of pilot signals of the extracted base stations 2a and 2b among the receiving strength of pilot signals of respective base stations received from the mobile radio terminal 1 and makes a decision whether that base station is registered as a candidate of active set or not based on that receiving strength.</p> |
